The MCA of Las Vegas (MCA) is the duly authorized collective bargaining agent for all mechanical contractor members that are signatory to the United Association of Plumbers, Pipefitters and Service Technicians Local 525 (UA Local 525). We regard labor relations as one of the single-most influential benefits and services provided to our contractor members. The association has forged a close working relationship with union leadership to protect the interests of working men and women, create a level-playing field in the contracting community and deliver the best-trained labor in the industry. It goes without saying that labor and management are bound to disagree, but resolving the conflict in a timely manner enables both parties to stay focused on the end-game, which is to create and sustain a healthy signatory market. If signatory contractors are not profitable in their endeavors, union members suffer.
